A longtime tradition at Arlington Metaphysical Chapel, Psychic Saturday offers low-cost mini-readings and provides visitors the opportunity to sample a variety of techniques with both experienced and developing readers.  Attendees can choose among readers using methods such as cartouche cards, clairsentience, clairvoyance, psychic art, psychic portraits, psychometry, spirit cards, maori cards, and tarot.
 
The cost for one fifteen-minute reading is $15 (third reading $10). Psychic art costs $25 and takes 30-35 minutes, and the visitor is given the artwork to take home.  Except for psychic art, readings are scheduled twenty minutes apart.  The event runs from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with a break for snacks and refreshments at about noon.  Registration starts at 9:30 am. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you do not arrive early.

On any given Saturday, there are as many as nine readers.   Volunteers are needed each time for set-up and clean up, registration, timekeeping and other tasks.  Most readers and volunteers are regulars every month.

Psychic Saturday is an introduction to many visiting AMC for the first time, while some are long-time attendees and come frequently for the same readers.  Both before and after readings, visitors have a chance to ask questions about the many different activities at AMC, pick up some handouts, and browse the wide selection of books in the bookstore.

Psychic Saturday is a fundraiser for Arlington Metaphysical Chapel and is for entertainment purposes only.

Psychic Saturday is a monthly fundraising event benefiting Arlington Metaphysical Chapel. Fifteen-minute mini-readings are available from AMC and UMC mediums and guest readers. Psychic art readings are also available.

Light snacks and refreshments are available at lunchtime.

It is a great opportunity to experience many different types of mediumship. Enjoy mini readings with readers using a variety of techniques, including animal spirit cards, cartouche cards, chakras, clairvoyance, psychic art, psychic portraits, psychometry, tarot and more.

Psychic Saturday is held the last Saturday of each month, except December. Appointments are available between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Sign-up begins at 9:30 am. Early birds should plan to arrive no earlier than 9:30 when registration opens. The following is the 2011 Psychic Saturday schedule:

Registration is Roller Hall downstairs from the main Sanctuary. Readings are in the Sanctuary and the chapel offices.

Cost:

15-minute mini-readings are $15, and Psychic Art (about 30 minutes) is $25.

Attendees may sign up for any number of readings, however, each reading must be with a different reader.

Books are on sale in the bookstore during this event. Volunteers are needed for registration, facilitating sessions with mediums, etc.
