You can sign up and pay for your classes online! You can pay for your class through PayPal (a PayPal account is not required), and we'll get your reservation information automatically.* As always, you can reserve your space by calling the chapel at 703 276-8738.
Instructions: Click on the "Sign Up Now" button for the class you wish to attend. Depending on the class, you may be asked to select a specific session. If you would like to sign up for more than one person, you must register and pay separately for each person. If you are registering for someone else, you can specify the name of the person on whose behalf you are registering using the "Special Instructions" option on the payment page, as shown in this example:
You will receive a confirmation of your payment by e-mail. Please bring a copy of your receipt to the class as proof of payment.
*Classes subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. Cancellation must be made at least one week prior to the class start date to be eligible for refund. In the event that a class becomes overbooked, Arlington Metaphysical Chapel will make every effort to accommodate students who have registered online. In the event that this is not possible, your payment will be promptly refunded.

Emotional Freedom Technique, also referred to as "Tapping," is a combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Energy Psychology. Today it is used by thousands of health professionals, coaches and individuals all over the world. It is a powerful technique which produces powerful results. EFT involves "tapping" on meridian points on our bodies while simultaneously stating the specific problem or issue. Often, this simple approach leads to quickly releasing the emotional charge on the issue, thus opening the door for positive change in our lives. As a self-help tool, EFT can help alleviate the emotional causes of a wide variety of issues including fears, performance issues, and obstacles to spiritual growth. If you are ready to take your physical and emotional well-being into your own hands, please join us for this hands-on, practical application of EFT. You will learn how to apply Basic Tapping Techniques and how to use them in ever day life for your personal well-being. Class includes videos, lecture and lots of hands-on practice in EFT.

Everything that has ever happened in our life we have in some way created – intentionally or unintentionally…consciously or unconsciously… We are not innocent bystanders of our life nor are we at the mercy of forces beyond our control and victims of some negative or undesirable situation. Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions create our world and the world around us AND we have the power to create a life and a world of peace, harmony, and abundance! There are workable laws. The Universal Laws, that are as old as mankind that give us the opportunity to learn, step by step, how to enable us to live the life we are on this earth to have. These laws are the key to change….transformation and are the fundamental laws of mind and of Spirit….the basic principles by which life operates! And, The Laws are the key to understanding Divine Metaphysics. This class will give an overall view of The Laws and the relationship to Divine Metaphysics. Handouts will be given at each session.

The Art of Mindful Living Through Journaling

The Art of Mindful Living program and has been meeting for two years of practicing meditation, metaphysical conversation, and journal discussion. The Art of Mindful Living Through Journaling group meets on the second Thursday of each month. Each class starts with a meditation, and continues with a discussion. If you are looking for a way to grow personally and spiritually, please join Deb and the group to share experiences in a nurturing environment.
This study group is open to new and former attendees. The group explores using journal as a tool in personal and spiritual growth, aid in spiritual development and a fun, safe place to share.

Group Past Life Regression

Participants will have an opportunity to see, sense, and/or feel your past life in a light trance/hypnotic state. The group will be taken on a journey to a pleasant past life time that is important for you in this lifetime.
You will journey to a view of life that will give you insights on what motivates or restricts you in this life. You will also journey to the Spirit World to see if any information will be communicated to you. Through this experience you may learn much about yourself and use this knowledge effectively in your current life.
Please bring a notebook to record your journey! Discussion follows the regression session.
Truly a journey of self discovery! NOTE: Each Class is self-contained, but regular attendees will progress in their self discovery.
