AMC member Mike Zabrowski has organized an ongoing group of AMC students who have completed either Rev. Brown or Rev. Tedora's Spiritual Development classes. Anyone who has already had this basic basic communication instruction is invited to gather every other Friday night at the chapel for continuing meditation and communication practice with Spirit. Join us in this unique class if you wish to explore different facets of your self as well as build new doorways to the self-acceptance needed for compassionate healing. This is a hands-on event. Each participant will receive a variety of individual identity cards that will enhance self-understanding and self-acceptance. No experience with tarot is required. If you are eager to learn more about yourself. please join us as we work on expanding our self-acceptance and compassion for all.

Learn techniques from a professional chef on how to prepare one week's worth of food items so that you can create a healthy meal within 30 minutes. We will be working with vegetarian meals (tempeh, tofu, grains and sauces a la minute.) Learn to cook smarter, not harder. For this hands-on series you will need to bring a cutting board, your chef knife and at least 3 medium size storage containers. We will share a meal at the end of our Class limited to 15 participants.

So, you have clutter! You've been looking at that stuff for awhile and just can't muster the energy to do anything with it. Here is your chance to change your perspective. This four-week course will be a novel approach for you to see your clutter in a spiritual way. Each session will be highly interactive and participatory. You'll leave the course understanding that clutter is more than just stuff. It is a reflection of your spirit. You'll practice ways to uncover what lies underneath your clutter and identify strategies to propel yourself forward clutter-free.
